Stage
1, Welcome to Fitness Science Days 1-14 Congrtulations
on purchasing yor fitness DVD and taking the first step towards a healthier, happier you! The way the 90-day fitness challenge
works is pretty simple. You are now starting in stage one
of the makeover process. In this stage you will choose three days a week and participate in one class each day. In the mean
time there are a few things we need from you to make sure we can provide you with the best service and monitor your success.

Stage 2 is all about progress. By
this time you should be starting to get used to the exercise routines that you've been following, so we want you to kick it
up a notch. Your 3-day workout week has now been increased to four days; also, one of those days each week I want you to do
both exercise classes instead of one. Please be sure that your form is as accurate as possible -- that's what will make a
major difference in your results. Finally, choose weights that are challenging enough to leave you moderately sore. It's the
soreness that is going to work volumes toward the toning process.
Stage 3, ♥Fit for Life♥ Days 45-90 For the stage 3 nutritional guidelines and customized meal plan, see our "home page". Congratulations, you've
reached level three! If you've made it to this point, I'm confident that you're feeling pretty good.
Hopefully by this time, you realize that your health and fitness is more than just a "fad" -- it's a way of life. I'm so proud of you for stepping
so much closer to reaching your goals. To finalize your 90-day makeover, you're going to have to push a little harder and
step it up even more. You're still going to be working out four days a week, but now on all four days you need to do both
workouts. If you can, increase your weight by a few pounds, and for even greater results add thirty minutes of cardio one
day per week.
